Job Description

As an Insurance Agent for Allstate, you will sell 13 major lines of insurance, including Auto, Property, Life and Commercial. On a daily basis, you will strive to build long-term, consultative and emotional relationships with current and potential clientele.

Additional responsibilities for the Insurance Agent include:

• Contacting prospective clients for the opportunity to quote their insurance business
• Extracting referral contact from current customers
• Servicing changes to customers? policies
• Proactively offering Personal Insurance Reviews
• Attending networking and community events

Job Requirements

As an Insurance Agent for Allstate, you do not need to have any insurance background and franchise/annual fees are not required! Instead, we are seeking professional individuals with excellent leadership skills and capital to invest in their new business. You must be entrepreneurial and highly motivated to succeed! You must also have advanced networking skills in order to build relationships, drive results and recognize profits.

Additional requirements of the Insurance Agent include:

• Minimum $75,000 in liquid capital (not a franchise fee)
• A willingness to learn about the industry and the tools needed for success
• A proven track record of success managing and/or running a business
